The engineering division is
responsible for the design and construction of road and
bridge projects, permitting, budgeting and program
development. This division also handles the personnel
administration and accounting for both divisions. Permits
for driveways, dust control, utilities, tile crossings, work
in the right of way and moving permits are issued through
this office.
